Develop your Skills for Success in the Worksite

There are no tuition costs for programs.

Programs are open to jobseekers in Saskatoon, SK.

Radius is open Mon-Friday during the daytime and is in  downtown Saskatoon at 611 – 1st Avenue North

1. Radius Work Readiness Program

4 weeks of classes 9am-3:15pm Monday to Thursday

Start dates are every week and include the following:

  • Employee Development/Skills for Success in the Worksite
  • Career Exploration and Planning
  • Résumé, Cover Letter, Interview Skills and Job Search
  • Access to short term certificate training possible, depending on the action plan developed while enrolled in Radius Work Readiness

2. Radius Career Directions

is funded by Service Canada: Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities (18years+) and offers one on one supports to develop a career action plan that includes:

  • participation in pre-employability skills for success workshops
  • assessments for determining strengths and areas for support
  • job search tool guidance and development (resumes, cover letters, interview preparation)
  • employer liaison services
  • access to wage subsidy experiences
  • post hire supports (job coaching/mentoring).
