Programs are open to jobseekers in Saskatoon, SK.

Radius is open Mon-Friday during the daytime and is in downtown Saskatoon at 611 – 1st Avenue North

1. Radius Work Readiness Program

4 weeks of classes 9am-3:15pm Monday to Thursday

Start dates are every week and include the following:

Employee Development/Skills for Success in the Worksite
Career Exploration and Planning
Résumé, Cover Letter, Interview Skills and Job Search
Access to short term certificate training possible, depending on the action plan developed while enrolled in Radius Work Readiness

2. Radius Career Directions

is funded by Service Canada: Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities (18years+) and offers one on one supports to develop a career action plan that includes:

participation in pre-employability skills for success workshops
assessments for determining strengths and areas for support
job search tool guidance and development (resumes, cover letters, interview preparation)
employer liaison services
access to wage subsidy experiences
post hire supports (job coaching/mentoring).
