This program is funded under Service Canada’s Opportunities Fund for Persons with Disabilities and is available to anyone who is experiencing difficulties in their connection to work.  The program offers the services of a career practitioner that collaborates to help with the creation of job search tools, help the clients determine the extent of disability and impact on work, meet with clients on job ideas and provide ongoing career assistance for the career action plan developed.  The services are available for anyone living with a disability aged 18years and older.
